Please remember that this "Application For Admission" is not to be submitted on line. It is only for printing and sending in by mail. Please include with your mailing, the non-refundable $200.00 registration fee. The fee will be put toward course fees for the upcoming year. Final acceptance requires that all tuition owed to a parochial elementary school be paid in full. Qualified admission is on a first-come-first-served basis.
