Review Board
The Review Board, the majority of whom are laypersons not in the employ of the Diocese, assesses allegations, regularly reviews diocesan policies and procedures for dealing with sexual abuse of minors, and advises the bishop on a cleric's fitness for ministry. At least five members of the board must be in full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.
