The "Pope John Paul II - Defensor Vitae" Patch Program was developed in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus by Venture Crew 1618, the Catholic Committee on Scouting, and the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry and approved by Bishop Frederick F.
