I can't see the menu or title bar tabs for the web pages! This web site uses Javascript to dynamically build the menus and program selections. If you have something blocking Javascript (or "scripting") in your browser, then this site will not function correctly. When I click a document link under the program nothing happens! All links on this site utilize a "target window" to open, so that your original page will remain intact. What this means is, a new window will try to be opened when you view a document. If you have something blocking "pop-ups" or blocking "new windows" from opening, then it you will either need to enable them on this site or do the following: On the document link you want to view, RIGHT CLICK on it then choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" and save it someplace where you can find it on your computer. Once you do that, you can use Windows Explorer to find where you saved it and open it normally. I am having a lot of trouble with this site! Please contact us with any issues you may be having. How do I read the downloadable documents, forms or files from this web site? A PDF Reader is needed to view the files on this web site. You have basically two choices, Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader. Adobe Reader is the most common reader used. Foxit Reader is an alternative that is smaller, faster and easier to use. Choose the one you would like, download and install. Both are easy to install.
