Summer Learning Camp is an 8-week summer program with different learning themes each week. Camp hours are 7:30am-6:00pm. The SLC Coordinator is expected to be on-site the majority of each day and complete significant pre-planning in the winter and weeks leading up to the start of camp. Cristo Rey Columbus Principal Full Time Yes Cristo Rey Columbus High School is seeking an individual who is passionate about the Cristo Rey mission to serve as its founding principal. The Principal, who will report directly to the President, will be the chief academic officer of the school - responsible for leadership of all aspects of the educational program, including both curricular and extracurricular activities. The Principal will be a key member of the leadership team and will collaborate with other members of that team under the direction of the President. The Principal will be responsible for supervising the daily operation of the school and all interactions with students and their parents or guardians. CANDIDATES MUST... be a practicing Catholic; demonstrate a commitment to the mission of the school and the Cristo Rey Mission; possess a Masters in education or related field; have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a secondary school; have experience in school administration; possess a current administrator's license (or be eligible to obtain one); and possess successful leadership and management experience. Applicants with experience in alternative, Cristo Rey-like schools and/or fluency in Spanish are preferred. Sensitivity to the ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds of the student body is a must.
